Do you want us to come in to check in on the house daily, feed the goldfish, water the plants, get the mail? No problem! Going to NYC for the weekend and are expecting a package on Friday UPS? No problem! Taking a cruise and want to make sure the heat works while you are away and that the snow removal company did their job? No problem! You want us to manage the whole property, pay the bills, give you monthly and quarterly reports? No problem! We can tailor or services to your needs!
  • Example #5: My parents just can't seem to manage contractors anymore. They take advantage of them, then they are impossible to chase down.
  • Solution: By using Nachon Realty property management for your house or condo, if you ever need a contractor, we can get one. We can make sure your current contractor did the job right or advise you whether you need a higher level expert. The contractor we recommend are based on the job. Why pay top dollar to put in LED light bulbs? Why get a handyman to restore your fancy mantle above your fireplace in your 100 year old house? If they don't do a good job they will risk being taken off our approved vendor list. If you want your contractor, we will be happy to supervise the project to the level you request.
  • Example #6: I am not really sure this new job is that secure, but I cannot be bi-coastal. I really don't want to sell my house. I read that if I rent my house out I am required by Massachusetts state law to have a in state property manager.
